consultants with years of agency experience at a senior
level. We pursue independent careers but, when needed,
we work together as a team, complementing each other's
skills.

Every programme has a Team Leader to liaise with the client
and direct the programme. The Leader briefs the Team, keeps
them up to date, and oversees budgets and quality of work.
The Team Leader formally sub-contracts work to the others
so you handle only one set of bills.

This is usually the person you meet at the briefing.
But it's up to you. As your programme evolves and the
emphasis shifts, you may want to work with a different
person. That's all right, we can take it, we're grown
up and don't have hissy fits.
Three
people form the core Healthcom Partners team and the
total pool of freelancers is around 20.
